VACANCY (1) - SALES EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to market accounting, auditing, VAT services & Accounting software. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Job Profile

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, clients visits, networking and social media
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and understand the client’s requirements
  • Provide customers with quotations & proposals
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a sales executive in similar role.
  • Minimum 2 years of UAE market knowledge
  • Proficiency in English
  • Preference will be given to the candidates having Accounting or Auditing background
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach


VACANCY (2) - SENIOR CONSULTANT - ACCOUNTING

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, general ledger accountability, and financial reporting, as well as financial profitability analysis and other special projects as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, reports and records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information.
  • Responsible for general ledger.
  • Fixed asset processing and reporting.
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Monitor reserve accounts and short-term fund investments.
  • Review bank statements.
  • Research and reconcile all discrepancies.
  • Auditing and verifying documents.
  • Following internal controls.
  • Completing data backups.
  • Financial and profitability analysis on a requested basis.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must have an Accounting degree and atleast 2 years experience.
  • MBA/BCOM/MCOM/CA INTER
  • Good Phone Communications Skills.
  • Strong Computer Skills.
  • Accuracy in daily work and other projects.
  • Ability to meet communicated schedules and deadlines.
  • Adherence to policies, procedures and instructions of Manager of Financial Reporting.
  • Ability to maintain good working relationships with vendors and other employees.
  • Ability to function as a team player.
